These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Tuition Helper, a tuition management software provided through web and mobile applications, developed and managed by VIHA IT SERVICE / VIHA IT SOLUTIONS. By registering, accessing, or using Tuition Helper, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using Tuition Helper, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Tuition Helper is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides features including student management, attendance tracking, fee and expense management, profit and loss tracking, reporting, and secure mobile app access. The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & USER RESPONSIBILITY

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account. Any misuse, sharing of credentials, or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. SUBSCRIPTION, PRICING & PAYMENTS

Tuition Helper is available under affordable subscription plans as displayed on the platform. Prices and plans may change at any time without prior notice. Subscription renewal after expiry may be subject to updated pricing. Once payment is completed, no refunds shall be provided. Access may be restricted if payment is not received on time.

5. DATA & CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

All data entered into the system, including student details, fees, attendance, and reports, remains the responsibility of the user. You must ensure that you have legal rights to upload and use such data. We are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, internet issues, or device-related problems.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Tuition Helper software, including its source code, design, user interface, structure, features, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of VIHA IT SERVICE / VIHA IT SOLUTIONS. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the software. Copying, reselling, modifying, reverse engineering, or redistributing the software is strictly prohibited.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users agree not to engage in any activity that may harm the software or its users, including hacking, phishing, uploading malicious content, bulk activities intended to slow the system, unauthorized commercial use, or any unlawful purpose. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice.

8. MOBILE APPLICATION USAGE

Mobile app functionality depends on device compatibility, operating system versions, and internet connectivity. We are not responsible for performance issues caused by device limitations, OS updates, or network failures. App features may be modified, added, or removed at any time.

9. SECURITY & SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data. However, uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

10. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, illegal activities, or misuse of the platform. Inactive accounts may be removed after subscription expiry. Users may request account closure at any time.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VIHA IT SERVICE / VIHA IT SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or profits arising from the use or inability to use the service. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
